1. Which smart phones are supported?
bluCTRL is currently available for BlackBerry Curve (83xx series), Pearl (81xx,82xx series) and 88xx series. Additional BlackBerry models and other mobile devices support is on the way.
2. Which operating systems are supported?
bluCTRL receiver is available for Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista.
3. bluCTRL Receiver application fails to identify the Bluetooth adapter. How do I fix this?
Most modern laptops provide an external switch to turn Bluetooth and WiFi cummunication on and off. If this exists, make sure this switch is turned on. For Windows XP: Make sure SP2 or higher is installed (look under Control Panel ->System ->General ->System) . If not installed, get and install SP2 (more info on Windows XP SP2 ).

4. Toshiba Bluetooth driver is installed on my PC. How do I upgrade to MS Bluetooth driver?
1. For Windows XP: Make sure SP2 or higher in installed (look under Control Panel ->System ->General ->System) . If not installed, get and install SP2 (more info on Windows XP SP2 ).
2. Download and execute "Toshiba Bluetooth Monitor" from Toshiba Bluetooth Support.
3. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (or Programs in Vista) and Uninstall "Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba". Then reboot your PC.
4. Install "Bluetooth Monitor (BtMon4Inst.exe)" software from the "C:\TOSHIBA\BTMonitor" folder.
5. "Microsoft Windows Bluetooth Stack" will be installed automatically. Open the Control Panel, if "Bluetooth Devices" icon exists move to step 6. If the "Bluetooh Devices" icon does not exist download and install the Bluetooth Driver Package. Follow the device setup wizard until completed.
6. Open the Control Panel and open "Bluetooth Devices" to configure the settings (to display the Bluetooth icon to the task bar, open "Options" tab and enable "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area").
5. Widcomm Bluetooth driver is installed on my PC. How do I upgrade to MS Bluetooth driver?

2. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (or Programs in Vista) and Uninstall "WIDCOMM/Broadcomm Bluetooth Software". Then reboot your PC.
3. "Microsoft Windows Bluetooth Stack" will be installed automatically. Open the Control Panel, if "Bluetooth Devices" icon exists move to step 4. If the "Bluetooh Devices" icon does not exist download and install the Bluetooth Driver Package. Follow the device setup wizard until completed.
